"I am happy to respond to your request for feedback on the short sale seminar in Hyanis. It is definitely a topic of high interest, so that is great. It was the 2nd class I have taken with Dan Balkin through Leplap and probably the 3rd or 4th class on related topics, for example REO's etc.
Informative definitely, may sound more intimidating than it actually is? Hopefully a smoother transaction by now.
I certainly brought the Laprocina firm on board, when given a short sale listing, soon after Dan's class at our office. This was most likely back in 2008. Great cooperation from Paul to the extent of meeting with sellers on a week-end and often calling me at home in the evenings.
