Steven Catalano
A native of Rhode Island, Steve joined the firm in May, 2010 after serving as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Providence for 19 years, where he was the District Court criminal prosecutor. Steve received his B.A. from Providence College, his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from The George Washington University Law School. With over 30 years of legal experience, Steve has previously held positions with the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office in Washington D.C., the law firm of Blakely, Sokoloff, Taylor & Zafman in Los Angeles, CA and Best Foods International in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. A member of the bar of Rhode Island, Massachusetts and California, Steve has substantial trial experience and focuses his practice in trademark/copyright and related intellectual property matters, as well as personal injury, business litigation and criminal defense.
