Paula Frias
Paula, a lifelong Rhode Island resident, has spent the last 24 years in the mortgage industry. She has served several large regional companies as their Operations manager and chief compliance officer. She is a direct endorsed FHA underwriter and has underwritten the full spectrum of mortgage products. Paula owned and operated her own mortgage brokerage company before selling the company and joining the Lepizzera and Laprocina team. She is a short sales negotiator who works closely with our realtors and clients to negotiate successful short sale closings.
