Melissa Cabral
Melissa Cabral has been the closing manager here at Lepizzera & Laprocina since 2007. She is a lifelong Rhode Island resident who began her career in 1999. She was previously employed by a major subprime lender in the capacity of closing manager since 2002. Her primary responsibilities include the scheduling, closing and funding of mortgage loans. Her daily interaction with brokers, lenders, clients and realtors always ensures a seamless closing transaction. Melissa also supports our in house attorneys and staff on many levels to guaranty excellent customer service.
