Meliss Matteson
Meliss is a Georgia native and has been involved with mortgage lending and title service since 1995. In 1997 she transferred to Rhode Island with Option One to work in their wholesale division and then on to Florida when she was asked to train loan officers and account manages in their retail operation. After giving birth to her son in 2000, Missy moved to the title and escrow side of real estate with a local law firm and finally made the jurney back to Rhode Island in 2001. She attended Georgia State University for Business administration and now works within the Residential and Commercial Real Estate department here at Lepizzera & Laprocina. Meliss works diligently to ensure we provide clear and marketable titles and also assists with closing procedures as needed.
