Mary Lynn DeSimone
A native of Rhode Island, Mary Lynn grew up in Cranston and graduated from Roger Williams University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies. She has worked as a residential real estate paralegal for 18 years and joined our team in September of 2005. When Lepizzera & Laprocina began negotiating Short Sales in 2007, Mary Lynn transitioned over to assist in initial file negotiations and as the department grew was promoted to Short Sale Closing Manager.
