Katie McShane
Katie, a Rhode Island resident, is a graduate of East Providence High School. Katie has been working in the real estate escrow services field for over 6 years. She also has 3 years previous experience serving as a closing coordinator for real estate attorneys. Katie was initially hired at Lepizzera and Laprocina as the receptionist and also to work in the post closing department. In the summer of 2010 she was promoted and transferred to the pre-closing department where she manages all incoming title requests, orders, and payoffs and also clears title issues.
